一、职位介绍：
负责公司物业的供配电、给排水、电梯等机电设备及智能化设施的维修保养以及机电设备的使用指导工作。
二、主要职责：
1、负责组织并指导进行公司消防系统的维修维护工作。
2、负责定期对公司电梯、供电设备进行维修维护。
3、负责组织指导对监控设备的维护维修工作。
4、负责大厦空调设备的维护维修工作。
5、负责机电设备的使用培训工作。
6、负责物业机电设备交接验收工作
